Try creating a ticket on the official website of the developers, because they're the only ones that have access to the payment details and purchasing details.

I have accessed their support page and found out that you're not the only one who has issues. There are other users as well who encountered the same issue with activation and purchasing/payment letter. The developers recommend opening a Support Ticket through their platform, and after they verify the issue, a code will be sent to you.

If they refuse to do that, contact your bank and ask for a chargeback, but get in touch with the developers first.
